| 摘 要： | 污泥中糖原含量对系统脱氮除磷的效果具有显著影响。本研究采用蒽酮比色法测定污泥中糖原含量,探讨预处理过程中超声频率、超声时间、盐酸浓度3因素对其含量的影响,确定最优测定方法。研究表明,超声频率为550W,超声时间为40min,盐酸浓度为1.2 mol/L时,所测污泥中的总糖所占质量分数最高,为5.59%。采用蒽酮比色法测定污泥中糖原含量具有设备简便、误差小、灵敏度高等优点。

| Abstract: | The glycogen content of sludge has great influences on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.The glycogen content of sludge is measured by anthrone colorimetric method.The effects of the three key factors,supersonic frequency,supersonic time and the concentration of HCl on the content are analyzed at pretreatment stage in this paper and the best measurement method is established.When the supersonic,the supersonic time and the concentration of HCl is 550 W,40 mins and 1.2 mol/L respectively,the glycogen content of sludge can reach the highest percentage of 5.59%.This proposed method has advantages of simple equipment,slight errors and high sensitivity. |
