浅论水泥厂建设生产对生态环境的影响

根据辽宁省“十一五”规划明确提出要把辽阳建设成为辽宁重要的水泥产业基地的要求，辽阳市经济发展委员会已制定辽阳市水泥产业发展规划，本文就水泥生产线建设和运营对当地的生态环境产生的影响进行探讨。并提出了生态恢复的根本措施。

Discussion on Effect of Cement Plant Construction on Ecological Environment

Liaoyang city will set up the key base of Cement production in Liaoning according to the requirement of the Eleventh Five-Year Planning of Liaoning Province.So Liaoyang Economic Developing Committee has worked out the developing planning of Liaoyang Cement Industry.This thesis studies the influence of building and operating of cement production to local ecological environment and puts forward fundamental measures to restore the environment.
