| 摘 要： | 昭通地区自然生态环境变化趋势表现为沙化、水土流失面积扩大，而森林、水域、草地却不断缩小。为此，应用坚持预测为主，防治兼顾的方针，对立节水型经济，加大生态保护监管力度，提高管理水平，加强生态环境保护的宣传教育。

| Abstract: | The eco-environment of Zhaotong prefecture suffers from increasing sanding,deteriorated soil and water erosion and decreased forest,water basin and grassland.Prevention should be the main countermeasure and the treatment should be offered at the same time.The water saving economy should also be advocated,eco-environmental protection supervision enhanced,management level improved and publicity and education strengthened. |
