小球藻对Cu2+的吸附性能及动力学研究

摘    要:研究了小球藻对Cu^2 的吸附行为,探讨了小球藻在不同生长时期、吸附液的DH值、离子强度、光照等因素对吸附的影响及其吸附机理,同时对其吸附动力学进行了初步研究。结果表明,培养5d左右的小球藻对Cu^2 的吸附能力最强;吸附液的pH值在6~8之间时,小球藻对Cu^2 有较好的吸附作用;加强光照可以促进小球藻对Cu^2 的吸附;吸附液离。子强度的增强会降低小球藻对Cu^2 的吸附作用。研究还表明,在小球藻对Cu^2 吸附的起始阶段,吸附速率较快,随温度的升高吸附速率增大,且吸附反应为一级反应,并推算出吸附反应的活化能Ea=43.69kJ/mol。

Abstract:The mechanism and kinetics for Cu 2+ on Chlorella vulgaris were studied and the effects of different phase,pH,ionic strength and light were investigated.the results showed that the Chlorella vulgaris had the best capacity to adsorb Cu 2+ when it was cultured for5days before harvest;when pH was between6and8,the Chlorella wulgaris were more competent to adsorb Cu 2+ ;Cu 2+ ad-sorption benefited from the light intensity,The ionic strength had inhibition effect on the sorption of Cu 2+ by Chlorella vulgaris,It was also proved that the adsorption rate for Cu 2+ was considerably high at the beginning of the adsorption,and the adsorption rate for Cu 2+ was enhanced with the in-creasing temperature,the reaction order was1,the activation energy Ea=43.69kJ/mol.
