摘    要:目前国内外在金属管件上打孔,常规的方法有钻孔和冲孔.此文所论述的是一种目前国内文献尚无记载、实践尚无运用的全新的工艺——多向液压冲孔.通过实践运用,证实了在弯曲长钢管上打孔,多向液压冲孔工艺较之钻孔与冲孔工艺,更具有大幅度的提高产品质量,数十倍的提高工效,能实现产品自动化流水线生产等优势,值得大力推广应用.

Abstract:At present it is in common use for making holes on metal pipes by drilling and punching. Thispaper presents a new technique unrecorded in the chinese publications-extruding hole. Through practice it isproved that extruding hole technique, compared with drilling hole and punching hole techniques, has advantages of improving the quality of products by a big extent. raising the work efficiency by several dozens of times, and at-taining automatic flow -line production in the hole -making of long pipes. It is worthwhile to put it into use.
