钢渣深处理技术

摘    要:以昆钢本部及红钢所产的转炉钢渣作为研究对象,研究热泼钢渣的矿物组成,分析钢渣中有价金属的组成,确定不同的粒级、不同的磁场强度,采用干式磁选与湿式磁选相结合的“一段闭路破碎,磁滑轮磁选;一段开路磨矿,一粗一精选别”深度处理流程,应用于红钢钢渣磁选车间及昆钢钢渣磁选厂,获得良好的磁选指标。分析了项目实施过程中渣浆输送断流的原因,找出解决办法。总结了项目产生的效益。

Advanced Treatment Technique of Steel Slag

Abstract:The steel slag produced from converter of Kungang is the target. The mineral components of the poured hot mineral slag are researched as well as the composition of the metals and the different fractions of different magnetic. The process of dry magnetic separation and wet magnetic separation combination of closed-circuit crushing and magnetic pulley separator and open-grinding and a rough of a selection of other is applied in magnetic separation plant in Honghe steel slag and Kungang magnetic plant. The reasons of slurry transport interruption are analyzed and found out in the end.
