PVA纤维处理高浓度酚醛废水的研究

摘    要:研究了在处理高浓度酚醛废水时用PVA纤维吸附苯酸和甲醛的效率及影响因素;PVA纤维的用量(穿透点的确定),废水pH值,接触时间影响等,实验证明PVA纤维去除苯酚效果显著,去除率98%以上.对甲醛的去除率不够理想.同时研究了PVA纤维处理废水时的再生、使用寿命和二级吸附效果等.采用碱洗法效率达99%以上,经61次疲劳试验吸附效率不变,机械强度大,不出现粉尘,可多次重复使用.二级吸附后出水浓度苯酚为0.3mg/L,低于排放标准。

Abstract:In order to study the adsorption efficiency of PVA fibre and its affecting factors daring treating the effuent cf high-concentrated phenolic aldehyde, the threshold of adsorption capacity of the fibre, pH of the effluent and duration of the fibre soaked in it were investigated. The experimental results showed that the effect of phenol removal with PVA fibre was apparent, removal rate was above 98%, but the effect of aldehyde removal was not so obvious. The reproduction of PVA fibre, its life-span and treating the wastewater once again with it were also discussed. The efficiency of alkali-washing PVA fibre wai above 99%, and Its adsorption capacity didnot change by61 tests. After twice adsorption of the effuent, phenol concentration of outlet water was 0.3 mg/L, lower than the discharge standard provided by the State.
