摘    要:研究了过滤风速对滤饼空隙率的影响,同时研究了反吹风速与滤饼残余阻力的关系,并进一步探讨了滤饼与滤料附着力的计算。结果表明:过滤速度的增加会导致滤饼层阻力增加和空隙率的减少,过滤速度的增加会导致滤饼层残余阻力的增加,利用反吹风速与压力损失的变化关系,可以估算得到粉尘与滤料的附着力。

Abstract:Influence of gas velocity on dust cake during filtration as well as relations of reverse flow and residual pressure was investigated experimentally. Cake/filter adhesion force was also discussed. Results showed that porosity of dust cake deceased and press drop of cake increased with velocity of filtration increased. Pressure drop of lest cake increased with velocity of filtration increased. Cake/filter adhesion force was estimated by using relation of pressure drop and gas velocity of reverse flow.
