摘    要:冶炼、表面处理、电镀等过程都有可能使氢气进入金属内部,氢含量偏高时会使产品氢脆,影响产品质量和使用安全.近年来军品、民品产生裂纹或断裂的质量事故时有发生.介绍了氢含量分析在军民品质量控制中的应用实例.

Abstract:Hydrogen may enter metal interior while smelting, surface treatment, and electroplating. Hydrogen content gets higher, metal become more brittle. It can reduce product quality and usage safety. Recently many quality accidents occur because of cracking or rupturing in munitions and civilian goods. This paper introduced the application of hydrogen content determination in quality control of munitions and civilian goods
