聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钠凝胶球去除废水中无机磷的研究

摘    要:研究了聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钠(PVA-SA)凝胶球对废水中无机磷的去除效率及吸附特性。研究结果表明:交联剂质量分数0.5%、pH=2为最佳实验条件;PVA-SA-Fe凝胶球和PVA-SA-Ca凝胶球吸附无机磷的吸附平衡时间为120min;PVA-SA-Ca-Fe凝胶球吸附平衡时间为240min,去除率高,超过90%;模拟污水pH值为9时,PVA-SA-Ca-Fe凝胶球的去除效果最好,可达到97.5%;PVA-SA-Ca-Fe凝胶球可以很好的再生利用,主要影响因素是盐酸和Fe3+。准二级动力学方程可以很好的描述PVA-SA-Ca-Fe凝胶球的吸附过程,主要受颗粒内扩散控制;Langmuir型吸附等温线可以较好的描述PVA-SA-Ca-Fe凝胶球对无机磷的吸附行为。

Abstract:Removal efficiency and adsorption characteristics of polyvinylalcohol-sodium alginate(PVA-SA)gel beads to phosphorus in wastewater were studied.Results showed that the optimum experimental conditions were density of crosslinker 0.5% and pH 2.Balance time that PVA-SA-Fe and PVA-SA-Ca gel beads absorbed phosphorus was 120min,while balance time of PVA-SA-Ca-Fe gel beads was 240min with removal efficiency beyond 90%.When pH of simulation of sewage was 9,PVA-SA-Ca-Fe gel had better removal efficiency.PVA-SA-Ca-F...
