抚顺东部山区水土保持现状及水土流失防治对策

阐述了要因地制宜推广水土保持的先进技术，并提出对于辽宁省浑河、太子河、清河、柴河发源地的水土保持工作，应与生态保护紧密结合起来，重视生态与水的密切关系。对于水土流失等生态功能脆弱地区，注重发挥大自然的修复能力，实行退耕还林、封山禁牧、禁柴等措施。

Discussion on Water and Soil Conservation in East Mountain Area in FuShuq

Base on introduction of technical regulations on water and soil conservation the water and soil conservation project, which should be carried out in drainage area of Hunbe river, Taizi river, Qinghe river, and Caihe river in Liaoning province was discussed. This article believes that the task of conservation of water and soil is the work to protect coo-system in the final analysis upon that some rational thoughts, such as retuming land for farming to forestry, scaling mountains for forestry, forbidding of feeding and chopping, were introduced.
