藻菌固定化去除污水中氮磷营养物质的初步研究

摘    要:用褐藻酸钙分别固定小球藻、细菌以及菌藻可用于人工污水的处理。实验结果表明,固定化菌藻对氮磷的去除效果优于固定化细菌和固定化藻类;在污水中添加葡萄糖的条件下,菌藻固定化胶球在44h时对NH+4-N和PO43--P分别达到100%和89.8%的去除率。并且还发现,在氮磷比为5∶1的条件下,菌藻固定化胶球对氮和磷的去除效果最好。

Abstract:Chlorella pyrenoidosa, bacteria and bacteria-algae was entrapped in calcium alginate and used for treatment of artificial wastewater. Experiment results showed that the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus by immobilized bacteria-algae beads were 100% and 89.8% respectively at the presence of glucose during 44 hours treatment, and the effects were better than that of immobilized bacteria and algae beads. The removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus was the highest at N/P ratio of 5:1.
