基于增量层次分析法的民机着陆风险因素权重研究

摘    要:从风险因素交互作用的角度探讨民机着陆阶段风险因素的权重分布。针对着陆事件中所涉及的风险因素,引入层次分析法,通过分析确定风险因素的重要性标度,构建交互式信息空间中的风险因素权重模型。在此基础上,研究风险因素的定量评估问题。进一步考虑机队的航线持续运行对于风险因素的影响,提出层次分析法的增量式过程,研究目标风险因素权重的增量评估方法,揭示时间维度下风险因素的权重分布,给出度量各种着陆环境及机组行为下着陆风险因素重要性的一般方法。工程实例验证该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A weight assessment method for risk factor under civil craft landing process is discussed.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is adopted to determine the importance scale of risk factors,and a weight model for risk factors is established in interactive flight parameters space.Based on this,a quantitative evaluation of risk factor is developed.By considering the influence of continuously running of aircraft fleet line on risk factors,an incremental matrix is introduced in Analytic Hierarchy Process,and an incremental risk weight evaluation algorithm is proposed for landing phase.Then the weight distributions of risk factors are revealed in time dimension.Finally a general method for weight assessment of landing risk factors is put forward with engineering application verification.
