室内丙烷连续泄漏扩散浓度变化的数值模拟

摘    要:探究室内气体燃料泄漏后的扩散特性及危害范围的影响,采用CFD软件FLUENT对室内丙烷连续泄漏扩散浓度变化过程进行数值模拟,研究丙烷的浓度场分布和爆炸浓度范围的变化规律。结果表明:水平射流运动和重力对气体的扩散有显著的影响;墙壁对气体的扩散有阻碍作用,在近壁面处形成高浓度区域;爆炸危险区随泄漏时间的增加而先增大后减小。

Abstract:The purpose is to study the diffusing characteristics and the effect of hazardous area of the leaking gaseous fuel.The change process of concentration of propane under continuous releasing indoors was numerically simulated with FLUENT software by Computational Fluid Dynamic(CFD) method.The concentration distributions of propane and the change rule for the concentration range of explosion were studied.Results show that the effect of the level jet flow and gravity on the dispersion is obvious;the wall could block the diffusion of combustible gas and make leakage gas easily accumulate;the hazardous area of explosion will increase at the beginning and then decreased with the increment of the releasing time.
