| 摘 要： | 基于对混沌科学与安全科学基本特征的比较,将混沌科学中的现代化知识运用到安全科学领域的理论与实践中;提出安全混沌学的定义,并分析其内涵,从现代非线性理论角度构建安全混沌学的理论分支体系,详细论述各分支体系的内涵及其研究方法。综合安全混沌学领域所涉及的文献资料,依据大量的应用实例探讨混沌理论在安全科学中的应用,阐述安全混沌学应用与研究的重要意义与广阔前景。安全混沌学的构造思想是用归纳演绎的方法对目前应用于安全领域的各种非线性理论抽象后的再汇总、联系后的再创新;研究结论表明,安全混沌学整合了混沌理论、耗散结构、突变论、协同论、灰理论、唯象理论、分形理论等非线性理论在安全科学研究中的作用与联系,进一步深化了对安全系统本质规律的认识并革新了安全观,发展了传统的安全学原理,可指导安全科学定量化研究的方向,安全混沌学的创建顺应安全科学发展的时代趋势,有利于引导安全领域的科学观念与研究方法产生质的变化。
