| 摘 要： | 以文山县城为例,分析了城区噪声的交通噪声为主,其大小与道路两侧环境、车流量、车速等有关,具有不确定性。提出了合理布局、科学规划、完善管理系统、鼓励公交、发展先进的现代交通技术、加强绿化和提高市民文明意识等治理对策。

| Abstract: | The main noise source in urban areas comes from traffic noise by taking Wenshan county as a case.The occurrence of the traffic noise is uncertain because of different environment of both side of the road,and vehicle flow and vehicle speed.The paper points out some countermeasures including scientific distribution and planning in urban areas,and perfecting management system,and developing the bus system and modern traffic technology,and improving consciousness of the people to decrease noise. |
