石灰颗粒与二氧化硫反应数学模型和试验

摘    要:对石灰颗粒与SO2反应用建立的数学模型进行了计算,并用热重分析法进行了试验研究。得出了CaO转化率与反应时间及粒径等参数之间的关系。测定了石灰颗粒的孔隙随孔径的分布。计算结果和试验数据符合较好。石灰颗粒在反应过程中会发生孔闭塞现象,从而限制了转化率的提高。

Abstract:The reaction of SO2 with calcined limestone particles is calculated using the established model and studied experimentally by means of thermogravimetric analysis method (TGA) .The relations are obtainedbetween CaO conversion and reaction time, and particle size.The porosityof calcined limestone particles vs. pore size is measured.The predictionsof the mathematical model are shown to be in agreement with experimental results.The increase of the conversion is restricted because of pore closure in the reaction.
