天津市环境空气污染演变机理及策略

摘    要:基于系统的资料分析和Spearman秩相关检验法,认为天津市环境空气质量演变的总趋势是:PM10呈现持续下降趋势,NO2和SO2年均浓度维持在0.04 mg/m^3-0.05 mg/m^3和0.05 mg/m^3-0.08 mg/m^3的较稳定水平。同时揭示了近年来天津市环境空气污染、经济发展与各项保护措施之间的制衡,认为政府监管、能源及产业结构调整及环保资金投入是关键的应对策略。

Abstract:Based on the comprehensive data analysis and Spearman rank correlation tests,we consider the trends of variation of ambient air quality in Tianjin is that: PM10 decreases continually,and annual average concentration of NO2 and SO2 is maintained at 0.04 mg/m3~0.05 mg/m3 and 0.05 mg/m3~0.08mg/m3,respectively.The balance among ambient air pollution,economic development and environmental protection is revealed,and we think that the government supervision,adjustment of industrial and energy source structure,and ...
