露天煤矿生态系统脆弱性评价方法研究

摘    要:露天煤矿的开采会对当地生态环境系统造成极大的损害,矿区可持续发展的目标要求在矿区开发过程中制定完善的生产建设、生态恢复重建规划来促进生态环境管理,这需要对生态环境系统进行科学的评价,并分析寻找影响可持续发展的原因,同时能够对各类措施的效果进行评价。本研究通过建立一个科学的、可操作性较强的生态环境系统脆弱性评价体系,为正确的制订矿区生态重建规划、生产建设规划以及生态环境保护规划提供基础理论保障和技术手段。

Abstract:Opencast coalmines will damage the local eco-e nvironmental system hadly. The developmental plan and ecological restoration pl an and eco-environmental management must be constituted for the sustainable dev elopment of mines. The first step to realize this is to implement assessment of eco-environmental system in mines. Through the assessment of the vulnerability of ecosystem, the factors tha t lead to unsustainable development can be found and the effectiveness of variou s plans can be evaluated. This study is to establish a scientific and well-oper ating assessment system for eco-environmental vulnerability in mines, which is a good basis of theory and technology for developing plans for ecological restor ation,production and eco-environmental protection in opencast coalmines.
