摘    要:通过实验对袋式除尘器反吹风清灰效果进行了研究.实验表明,清洁滤袋阻力与粉尘层阻力相比可忽略不计,滤袋阻力与过滤风速成正比;反吹风清灰时,滤袋上粉尘负荷越大,清灰效果越好;粉尘剥离率随反吹风风速的增加而提高,当反吹风风速增加到3.5m/min时,剥离率增加趋于平缓.实验结果为袋式除尘器清灰时反吹风风速的选择提供了参考数据.

Abstract:Through the experiment test, it proves that the resistance of clean bag can be neglected compared to the resistance of dust layer, and the resistance of filter bag is proportional to the wind velocity. The result of the experiment shows that in the anti-blow cleaning dust fabric filter system, if the dust load on the fabric bag is bigger, the dust collection will be more effective. And with the increasing of the anti-blow velocity, the peeled dusts are more. But when the antiblow velocity increases to 3.5 m/min, the peeling efficiency seems not to increase distinctly. Even the dust load is still increasing when the velocity reaches to 3.5 m/min, the peeling efficiency has already became gently. The result obtained from the experiment can support a basis data to the anti-blow cleaning dust fabric filter, and it provides a choice for the anti-blow velocity. And it can provide the basic theory of periodical cleaning dust using anti-blow breeze in the fabric filter. Also it provides the basis for the further research of the cleaning dust behavior of the fabric filter.
