| 摘 要： | 分析了发酵类酒精行业各工段的特点,根据循环经济"3R"原则,提出了一种新型的循环经济模式,包括酒糟废液厌氧发酵产生的沼气的回收利用、利用发酵沼渣制取生态复合肥、收集利用酒精发酵产生的二氧化碳和杂醇油副产物、工艺产出热能的热泵回收利用等.该循环经济模式提高了酒精行业的资源和能源的利用率,降低了各种副产物的排放量,在一定范围内实现了资源的循环利用,为社会和企业带来了巨大的生态和经济效益.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the workshop sections in alcohol production and the 3R principles of the circular economy,a new circular economy mode is researched.The mode includes 4 important sections: reclaiming and reusing CH4 from the anaerobic ferment of production wastewater;making ecological compound fertilizer by ferment dregs;collecting and reusing the by-products like CO2and fusel oil;and reusing the castoff heat energy by heat pumping system and so on.This circular economy mode not only improves the utilization of resources and energy,but also reduces the effluents and makes some recycling of the resources,thus bringing about great ecological and economic benefit for the society and factories. |
