工程菌处理印染废水工艺条件的研究

摘    要:由于工程菌LEY5-LEY4组成的厌氧-好氧生化系统处理印染废水的影响因素和工艺条件进行了研究,通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件,菌体家度为2.0g/L,停留时间为10h,pH为8.0,通气量为1.85L/min。在最佳工艺条件下,系统对印废水的COD去除率为77.8%,脱色率为72.6%。

Abstract:Printing and dyeing wastewaters were treated by an anaerobic-aerobic system composed of degrading engineering bacteria LEY 4 and decoloring engineering bacteria LEY 5. The affecting factors and process conditions were studied.The optimum process conditions determined by orthogonal test method are as follows:biomass 2.0 g/L,retention time 10 h,pH 8.0,aeration 1.85 L/min.Under these conditions, COD removal rate is 77.8% and decolorization rate is 72.6%.
