GPRS wireless communication network logs in online, transmits fast forever , divides into groups exchanging ,which advantages with cheap expenses at a high speed. It is seriously polluted that the present drinking water source in urban and rural areas and waste water , both the atmosphere and the waste gas which enterprise discharged had exceed the standard by a large margin ,such severe current situations of environment as regional ambient noise , traffic noise are upgraded day by day , so I propose " use GPRS which is the new technology of mobile communication to realizes the incessant and long-range realtime automatic monitoring system of environment scheme .which stands no blind spot in day and night ", to promote the scientific and technological levels of" environmental monitoring , environmental improvement " by a large margin.
