正交实验设计在污水厂脱泥中的应用

摘    要:污水厂脱泥控制常采用经验法。随着数控技术的应用,为实现精确控制参数提供了可能。通过对污水厂脱泥控制参数-絮凝剂浓度、进药泵转速、进泥泵转速等三个参数进行正交实验设计实验,找到了最优控制参数,絮凝剂浓度2‰,进药泵转速850mA,进泥泵转速160mA,证明正交实验设计可以较好地应用于污水厂脱泥,达到了高效脱泥的目的。

Abstract:The experiential method is used to dehydrating sludge of the sewage plant. With the application of digit control technique, accurate control of parameter became possible. By the application of orthogonal design in dehydrating sludge of the sewage plant, the best control parameter was found that the consistence of flocculating mediearnem was 2‰ and the rotate speed of medicine pump was 850 mA and the rotate speed of sludge pump was 160 mA. It was verified that the orthogonal design could be used to effficienfly dehydrating sludge of the sewage plant.
