| Abstract: | Taking the plan in Xinyi country for example,the relations between the plan of earhtquakeresistance and disaster prevention and overall plan of town has been demonstrated,in thispaper.The authors suggest that the former is regarded a part of the latter,and both the formerand the latter are unitive as well as restricted each other. |
