Screening the primarily controlled toxic substances in air in Chongqing

Using the experience of foreign countries for reference, this paper set up the screening system (including screening principles, procedures and methods), the grading standards and quantitative measures for the primarily controlled toxic substances in air in chongqing. Based on this research, rather satisfactory results were obtained.
