摘 要: | 综述了德国、美国、韩国、挪威、日本、瑞典和荷兰等7个国家11套典型的压载水处理系统的研究现状,列举了16个国家46套压载水处理系统的处理方法,并结合我国压载水处理技术的研发现状,分析了压载水处理系统包括物理处理和化学处理,常用方法是过滤、紫外辐射和氯处理,提出了我国压栽水处理系统研发和管理获得IMO批准和船旗国主管机关型式认可的建议:规范压载水处理市场,选择标准质量管理体系和评价模式,借鉴已获得批准的压载水处理系统的申报材料。

Abstract: | This article introduces the research progress of the 11 typical ballast water treatment systems of Germany, USA, South Korea, Norway, Japan, Sweden and the Netherlands ; as well as the 46 sets of the treatment methodologies of 16 countries. Coming to the development and research situation in China, the often used methodologies, both physical and chemical ones, such as filtering, ultraviolet radiation and fluoride treatment, have been analyzed. The advice is put forward on how to obtain the approval and type approval from IMO and flag states for the research and development and management of the ballast water treatment system in China. It includes market normalization for ballast water treatment, selection of standard quality control system and evaluation modes, taking the approved application materials for reference. |
