| Abstract: | The land property rights of the receiring areas of the rural resettlement in the reservoir area are an important problem of the development resettlement policy in the process of water project construction and management in China. Firstly, the theoretical formula and conventional calculating approach of the environmental carrying capacity of the rural resettlement in the reservoir area are given and analysed respectively in this paper, and some problems in the receiving areas are discussed that are induced by conventional calculating approach. Then, based on the existing circumstances of the rural institutional structure in China, two patterns of the rural resettlement are presented, and their induced problems of land property rights are discussed and summarised, Finally, for the purpose of sustainable development in the receiving areas of the rural resettlement, some suggestions are proposed to solve the above ?mentioned problems. |
