| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了国有自然流失的主要途径；即国有自然资产被无价或低价使用；生产的外部不经济性使自然资产在数量或质量上下降；自然资产未得到有效配置，造成自然资源的痫置与浪费。本文同时提出了解决国有自然流失的对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the main reasons of the losses of national natural assets are probed: (l)national natural assets are used unpricely or depricedly; (2) The outer non-economic nature in production causes decrease of natural assets in quantity or in quality; (3) Natural assets fail to get efficient disposal, makeing the natural assets i-dle and wasted. In the meantime, the methods of solving the problem of the losses of natural assets are pointed out in this thesis. |
