基于恒电量的远程腐蚀测量技术研究

摘    要:从节省环境腐蚀实验的成本和时间的目的出发,结合数据积累 工作与实验室的应用基础研究的需求,提出搭载在现代移动通讯网 络平台上的恒电量腐蚀测量方法。与传统的自然环境腐蚀监测手段 相比,该系统费用经济,可行性强,可以在实验室内连续、动态地获取 环境现场的腐蚀信息,减轻了繁重的现场取样工作,能够更方便地研 究自然环境中金属的腐蚀与防护。

Abstract:A coulostatic corrosion measurement for the corrosion rate of metal, based on remote communication method by the advanced mobile net platform, was presented. The remote corrosion measurement system integrated the electrochemical corrosion measurement principle with telecommunication technique; so that a distributed networked measurement was implemented. With comparison of the conventional method used in natural environment, the system is economical, feasible. Also, field sampling time and testing cost might be saved due to obtain the successive and dynamic corrosion information in laboratory, therefore paved the way for studying the corrosion mechanism of metal and the protection techniques conveniently.
