摘    要:国产除尘滤材是将聚酯纤维热轧成型 ,再涂敷高分子发泡制成。滤材硬挺、耐压、抗撕裂 ,内部结构稳定 ,粉尘过滤精度高 ,实现表面过滤 ,易清灰再生 ,使用寿命长 ,耐水、酸、碱 ,可广泛用于各工业领域的气体净化和粉尘处理。大连新船重工集团把国产除尘滤材制成的滤筒配置到厂内原有的除尘系统中 ,通过 1年多的使用 ,获得非常满意的除尘效果。从而证明国产滤料性能已达到国际先进水平。

Abstract:The Chinese-built dustremoval filtration material is made through hot-roll moulding of polyester fiber and coated with high-polymer frothing. This filtration material is hard and strong, with pressure resistant and anti-tearing character and stable inner structure. It has high precision in dust filtration, and surface filtration can be realized. It is easy to be removed from the dust and easy to be reused. It has a long service life with characters of waterproof, acid and alkali proof. It can be widely applied in gas purification and dust collection in all industries.Dalian New-vessel Heavy Industry Plant Group applied the filtration tube made of this filtration material in the original dust removal system of the plant. Through the application for over one year, this Chinese-built filtration material is proved to be of satisfactory effect of dust removal. This demonstrated that the performance of Chinese-built filtration material has reached to the international advanced level.
