Abstract:Acrylonitrile wastewater contains large amounts of oligomers, unpolymerized monomers, cyanide and other harmful substances. The physical treatment methods currently adopted is very expensive in operation cost, hurting the enthusiasm of enterprises to treat the pollution badly. It is necessary to find an efficient and inexpensive process scheme to solve this problem. This study proposed to combine coagulation sedimentation-iron carbon micro electrolysis pretreatment process and membrane separation technology to treat acrylonitrile wastewater. The optimal conditions of iron carbon micro electrolysis reaction and coagulation sedimentation are studied to determine the influence of iron carbon micro electrolysis residence time,pH value,iron/carbon ratio, coagulant species, dosage,pH value and other factors on the treatment effect. The major factors are studied to determine the best reaction plan in a bid to provide a new method for acrylonitrile wastewater treatment.
Keywords:coagulation sedimentation-iron carbon micro electrolysis  membrane separate technology  acrylonitrile wastewater
