摘    要:以DPCSIR概念模型理论为基础,构建水资源承载力评价指标体系,并尝试性地应用于中国北方某工业园区水资源承载力评价,针对工业园区水资源需求压力,提出转变经济发展方式、调整产业结构和加强水资源综合利用的响应措施,有效解决了水资源供需矛盾,协调了区域水资源开发利用和保护,为区域水资源承载力研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the DPCSIR conceptual model,a water carrying capacity indicator system has been built and tentatively applied in water resources carrying capacity assessment in an industrial park in north China.In order to ease the water demand pressures of the industrial park,this paper proposed a series of response measures to change the mode of economic development,adjust the industrial structure and strengthen water resources utilization which effectively solve the problem of water supply and demand,coordinate regional water resources exploitation and protection and provide references to researches on regional water resources carrying capacity.
