污泥与香蕉秸秆混合厌氧发酵特性

摘    要:为提高污泥、香蕉秸秆厌氧发酵的甲烷产率,采用批式实验,研究污泥与香蕉秸秆厌氧发酵及其协同特性。实验结果表明:污泥和香蕉秸秆实验组分别会出现氨抑制、酸抑制现象,影响厌氧发酵的进行,一段时间后都可以自行解除抑制恢复产气。热碱污泥、碱浴秸秆实验组均可以解除抑制作用,甲烷产率较预处理前分别提高43%、176%。混合物质发酵实验组的甲烷产率较热碱污泥、碱浴秸秆实验组分别提高了110%、30%,较污泥和香蕉秸秆实验组分别提高了200%、259%。说明污泥和香蕉秸秆混合厌氧发酵,可以提高甲烷产率。

Abstract:In order to increase the methane yield of anaerobic digestion of sludge and banana straw. The anaerobic fermentation and its synergistic characteristics of sludge and banana straw were studied by batch experiment. The experimental results show that the experimental group of sewage sludge and banana straw, appeared the phenomenon of ammonia inhibition and acid suppression, respectively, these restraints degraded quality of anaerobic digestion process. After a certain period of time, they all can eliminated the restraints and restarted to produce the methane. The experimental group of high temperature alkali treatment sludge and alkali bath treatment stalk can be disinhibited, and the yield of methane was 43% and 176% higher than before pretreatment. The methane yield of the mixed material fermentation group was increased by 110% and 30% compared with that of high temperature alkali treatment sludge and alkali bath treatment stalk, respectively. The methane yield of the mixed material group was increased by 200% and 259% compared with sludge and banana straw, respectively. It was indicated that anaerobic fermentation of sludge and banana straw can increase the methane yield.
