摘    要:流场分布对电除尘性能至关重要。采用商业CFD软件,对某1 000 MW机组电除尘器进行了数值模拟。模拟过程中采用离散相模型(DPM)结合k-ε湍流模型,模拟颗粒运动轨迹。研究了在合理布置烟道走向,并在烟道内布置导流板、阻流板,在进口喇叭内布置气流分布板及导流叶片等措施条件下,电除尘器的气固两相流参数。结果表明:烟道内布置导流板及阻流板后,电除尘器各分室进口流量偏差均在±2%以内,出口流量偏差均不超过±0.5%,远优于标准要求;颗粒相质量流量分配偏差也均未超过5%,且各级粒径分布所对应偏差也明显减小;电除尘器各室入口截面烟气流速相对均方根差均不超过0.15,优于标准要求。

Abstract:The distribution of the flow field is of great significance to the performance of electrostatic precipitator (ESP). Commercial CFD software was used to simulate the ESP performance of a 1 000 MW unit. Discrete phase model (DPM) combined with k-ε turbulence model was used to simulate the particle motion trajectory. The gas-solid two-phase flow parameters of electrostatic precipitator were studied under the conditions of reasonable layout of the flue with deflectors and baffles, and reasonable arrangement of air distribution plates and guide vanes in the inlet horn. The results show that after the deflectors and baffles are arranged in the flue, the inlet flow deviation of the ESP in each chamber is within ±2%, and the outlet flow deviation is not more than ±0.5%, which is much better than the standard requirements. The mass flow rate distribution deviation of the particle phase does not exceed 5%, and the corresponding particle size distribution at all levels are also significantly reduced. The relative root-mean-square deviation of the smoke flow velocity at the inlet section of each chamber of the ESP does not exceed 0.15, which is also far better than the standard requirement.
