| 摘 要： | 自1972年斯德哥尔摩人类环境会议以来,中国环境外交活动,取得了显著的成就,并成为中国总体外交中的重要组成部分。然而,新形势给新时期的环境外交带来了巨大的挑战。为此,本文面对新形势提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Since attending the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment held in Stockholm in 1972, China has been persistent in carrying out environmental diplomacy for nearly 30 years. Until now, so much remarkable success has been gained that the environmental diplomacy of China is getting more matured and becomes an important part of China Diplomacy. But new situations in the new time post many challenges for environmental diplomacy. After the research about the history, principle and functions of environmental diplomacy, we give some tactics for how to deepen environmental diplomacy in the 21st century. |
