湖南水域风光资源条件得天独厚。近年来，湖南水域风光旅游开发规模在迅速扩大，但开发层次依然低下。湖南水域风光旅游开发的主要途径有：认真进行宏观开发布局的研究，精心打造水域风光品牌景点、景区，大力进行互动式开发，科学地开发亲水性旅游项目，加大水域风光宣传的力度，加强水域风光的保护。

Water Scenery of Hunan and Its Exploitation

This paper argued that the resource condition of Hunan water scenery was endowed with nature;that the exploitation scale of Hunan water scenery tour was rapidly expanding recently,however,the exploitation lever still remained low;that the main exploitation approaches of Hunan water scenery tour were:carrying through the research of macro-exploitation distribution,building scenic spots and zones with famous brand elaborately,processing mutual exploitation model vigorously,developing water-based tour programs scientifically,increasing the promotion strength of water scenery,reinforcing the protection of water scenery.
