| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪，中国的经济与社会全面进入转型期，在旧的农村城镇化模式下产生的大量小城镇问题是制约我国新时期农村城镇化可持续发展的根本问题，解决的途径是实施小城镇再开发战略，以期提高农村城镇化的质量、培育小城镇综合竞争力和可持续发展的内在机制。文章在提出农村城镇再开发理念和分析了我国目前农村城镇化不可持续发展的两大突出问题的基础上，对我国5种不同类型的农村小城镇的再开发提出了不同的分类指导意见，提出了通过城镇再开发促进农村城镇化可持续发展的5点政策建议。

| Abstract: | The problem of rural little towns is the prima l problem that obstructs the sustainable development of rural urbanization. To sol ve it, we should carry out the strategy of the renewal of rural towns. On the basis of probing the vie w of rural little town renewal and analyzing some key unsustainable development prob lems of rural urbanization in China, we bring forward some classified advice to guide the renewal of rural little towns. At the same time, we propose five meas ures to expedite the sustainable development of rural urbanization. |
