氨纶废水处理工艺与设计

摘    要:杭州市某氨纶生产企业以干法纺丝工艺生产氨纶,其废水具有高总氮、低氨氮、低COD的特点。在此采用UASB-MO处理工艺对该厂的废水进行处理,UASB为中温运行,COD在有机负荷2kg/(m^3·d)运行中,其去除率达到90%左右,MO段主要用于去除厌氧后由总氮转化来的氨氮,系统总出水主要指标都能稳定达到国家一级排放标准。该工艺运行稳定,为氨纶生产企业的废水处理提供了一条途径。

Abstract:roduction enterprises in Hangzhou use dry spinning process to spandex production, wastewater with high nitrogen, low ammonia, low COD characteristics. The use of UASB - A/O process of the wastewater treatment plant, the temperature in the UASB 35 - 40 ℃, run in the organic load 2 kg/(m^3·d), the removal of COD reach about 90%, A/O mainly used after the anaerobic removal the ammonia nitrogen, system output key indicators stability achieve national first-degree emission standards. Provides a way for the spandex production enterprises wastewater treatment.
