摘    要:采用各种厌氧培养技术分离出90余株产氢细菌,并对其中的Rennanqilyf3进行了研究.通过16S rDNA碱基测序和比对证实,该菌株是目前尚未报道过的1个新菌种,并初步确定其细菌学上的分类地位.在培养基中分别配置不同的葡萄糖浓度和不同pH值,于间歇试验条件下测定其产气量和细菌生长情况.结果表明,菌株Rennanqilyf3在葡萄糖浓度为,15.0g/L时具有最大的细胞生长量0.46g/L,12.0g/L时具有最大产氢量58.6mmol/L;其最佳生长和产氢的pH值为5.5左右.

Abstract:Various anaerobic culture techniques were adopted in this study to isolate more than 90 strains of H2-producing bacteria; and their Rennanqilyf 3 were studied deeply. Through 16S rDNA basic sequencing and comparison verifying, this strain was a novel species of bacterium not yet reported at present; and its classifying position in bacteriology was determined preliminarily. Different glucose concentrations and pH value were disposed respectively in the culture base; and its gas-producing amount and bacterium growth state were determined under the condition of intermittent experiment. The strain Rennanqilyf 3 possessed the greatest cell growth amount of 0.46g/L at 15.0g/L of glucose and maximum gas-producing amount of 58.6mmol/L at 12.0g/L of glucose; and its best growth and H2-producing pH value was about 5.5.
