玉足海参和半叶马尾藻净化网箱养殖沉积物的初步研究

摘    要:初步探讨了综合利用玉足海参(Holothuria Leucospilota)和半叶马尾藻(Sargassum hemiphyllum)的生态互补性净化网箱养殖沉积物中的氮、磷污染物的研究。结果表明:玉足海参的活动能增加海水中NH4-N、NO2-N、NO3-N、PO4-N、TN(总氮)、TP(总磷)和叶绿素a(Chl-a)的浓度;半叶马尾藻的生长活动能显著降低水体中的NH4-N、NO2-N、NO3-N和PO4-P的浓度,并抑制海水中浮游微藻和沉积物表面微型藻类的生长繁殖。综合利用前者的释放作用和后者的吸收作用可以使网箱养殖沉积物中TN和TP的浓度有略微的降低,并有利于维持小水体环境的pH值的稳定。

Abstract:A preliminary study on the purification of N and P in the sediments of cage culture was carried out through comprehensive utilization of Holothuria leucospilota and Sargassum hemiphyllum,which were complementary on the growth.The results showed that the activities of the H.leucospilota can increase the concentrations of NH4-N,NO2-N,NO3-N,PO4-N,TN(total nitrogen),TP(total phosphorus) and chlorophyll a(Chl-a) in seawater.The growth of S.hemiphyllum can significantly reduce the concentrations of NH4-N,NO2-N,NO3-N and PO4-P in seawater and inhibit the reproduction of planktonic microalgae in seawater and benthic microalgae in sediments.Integrated utilization of the release action by H.leucospilota and the absorption by S.hemiphyllum can slightly reduce the levels of TN and TP in cage culture sediments,and benefit on the stability of pH in small water body environment.
