| Abstract: | The article puts emphases on analyzing and probing into trade modes and excellent and shortcomings in investing water supply industry in the country by foreign business men in accordance with the precondition of present relevant laws and regulations. Among them, separation mode of three rights is an innovation operation mode put out in new law of company that is formally implemented in 2006. It could provide a new consideration and approach for the actual operation of projects in the country. |
