| 摘 要： | 作为我国目前惟一的祖母绿矿山-麻栗坡存在着缺乏规划，设备简陋，管理和技术水平低、安全保障条件差以及劳动者素质低等问题，并由此造成的浪费资源，环境污染十分严重。进入21世纪后，如何使该矿山保持可持续发展成为一项非常艰巨的任务。

| Abstract: | As the only one beryl mine of our coutry,there were lots of problems in Malipo county:out of programme,low standard managemant and technique,poor facility,poor safety condition,low puality labor,and so on.At the same time,it followed some serious problems,pollution and squandering resource.So,it was a very difficult task to make this mine develop sustainably in the 21st century. |
