| Abstract: | Urban disaster is becoming a critic problem as more and more people are gathering in cities. According to the situation of natural disaster and man-made disaster in Shanghai, the main characteristics of urban disasters and their hidden risk are analyzed in this paper. And then the achievements in disaster prevention and reduction are summarized. |
