| 摘 要： | 本文对天津市近１０年来在环境保护工作中所取得的成绩进行综述，并分析了成绩取得与政府的重视和会社会的大力合作支持分不开，是与天津市科学的环境管理密切相关。天津环境管理工作的特色是形成了１０个环境管理网络，从四个方面加强环境管理，将环境管理与市政府及社会的８个方面的工作相结合。

| Abstract: | The achievements of environmental protection of the recent 10 years in Tianjin have been summarized in the present paper.It is shown that these achievemants are closely related to the attention of the government and the effective cooperation and supports of the society as well as the scientific managmet.The characteristics of the environmental management in Tianjin include the formation of 10 environmental management networks,strenthening of environmental management from 4 aspects,and combination of environmental management with 8 aspects of the municipal government and the society. |
