气箱式脉冲袋式除尘器清灰技术

摘    要:为了深入认识气箱式脉冲袋式除尘器的清灰机理,按可压缩气体绝热状态和等温状态分别计算了脉冲质量流量和气箱中气体压力、密度的变化,进一步推导出穿过滤袋的清灰气流速度方程和清灰剥离力方程.按照在袋式除尘器实验模型上所测定的粉尘剥离率与清灰剥离力之间的特性关系,确定了已知条件下的粉尘剥离率.若预先确定要求达到的粉尘剥离率,可以通过清灰气流速度方程和剥离力方程确定脉冲清灰系统的几何参数、脉冲喷吹压力、脉冲喷吹时间和分室内的过滤面积(或滤袋直径、滤袋长度和滤袋数量等).该理论和实验研究内容为气箱式脉冲袋式除尘器脉冲清灰系统设计计算提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In order to thoroughly understand the mechanism of dust cleaning in a plenum-pulse baghouse, the mass discharge of pulse-jet, air pressure and density in a plenum box were evaluated according to the heat insulation state and equilibrium temperature state of the compressed air. From these data, the formula for dust-cleaning flow velocity through the fiber and the detachment stress were inferred. Based on the relationship between the cleaning efficiency of dust detachment and the detachment stress from the baghouse model, the dust cleaning efficiency could be defined under certain conditions. If the dust cleaning efficiency is known, the geometric parameters of the cleaning system, pulse-jet pressure, time and filtration area of a plenum box (or the diameter, length and numbers of the fiber) will be determined in the pulse-jet baghouse. Therefore, the theory and experimental results provide the fundamental design for the plenum pulse cleaning system in the plenum-pulse baghouse.
