| Abstract: | The paper presents the necessity and characteristic on license management mode （BOOM） development of FGD in power plant and introduces the technical progress of flue gas sea water desulfurization at home ad abroad, and gives the actual examples of flue gas sea water desulfurization in power plant by adopting BOOM mode. |
