显色环保型融雪剂的研制

研究开发显色环保型融雪剂,添加了缓蚀剂和对植物生长有益的植物钙剂,能够减少对金属、路面、植物等的腐蚀,并根据融雪剂颜色的变化,控制融雪剂用量。试验结果表明：显色环保型融雪剂使用量在20 g以下时,融冰量随着融冰时间的增加而增加,融冰量在融冰时间80分钟左右达到最大值,80分钟以后融冰量随着融冰时间的增加而减少,最佳融冰比为1：5（1份融雪剂：5份冰）。三种融雪剂的融冰效果为：自制融雪剂〉市售融雪剂〉氯化钠,且自制融雪剂对金属的腐蚀性小,对植物的生长基本没有影响。

Studies on Snow-melting Agent with Colouration and Environmental Protection

This paper mainly researched and developed the snow-melting agent with colouration and environmental protection,to which anti-corrosion inhibitor and plant-calcium which was useful for plant growth were added in the hope of reducing corrosion to metal,roads,plants and so on.Meanwhile the amount of snow-melting agent was controlled according to the changes of its colour.The experimental results showed that：when the amount of the snow-melting agent with colouration and environmental protection was 20 g below,the amount of melting ice increased with the the increasing of time and reached its maximum about 80 minutes later.After 80 minutes,the amount decreased with the increasing of time.Therefore the best ice-melting ratio was 1：5（1copy of agent：5 copies of ice）.In conclusion,the ice-melting effect of three types of agents was that：self-made agent 〉market agent 〉salt.Besides Self-made agent＇s corrosion to metal was little,and almost did no harm to plant＇s growth.
