保证性概念及内涵研究

通过对保证性的定义、研究进展以及应用情况等分析,提出保证性的相关属性和概念;讨论其主要研究领域及保证性科学与工程的学科特点;结合对增强核爆安全系统、建筑结构安全、信息安全、能源供应等具体应用实例的比较分析,讨论保证性各属性间的关系;研讨其在各应用领域中的内涵。从保证性科学与工程相关的研究内容及方法出发,讨论复杂系统保证性的研究方法及步骤;借鉴保证性的思想和方法,研究含危险物质要害系统保证性的内涵;进而探讨提高其保证性水平需开展的研究工作。

Research on the Conception and Connotation of Surety

Based on the analysis of the definition, research development and application situation of surety, the related properties and concept of surety are given. The main research field of surety and the discipline property of surety science and engineering is discussed. By combining the specific applied examples of surety to nuclear safety system, construction structure safety, information safety and energy supply and the comparative analysis on these examples, the relations among the properties of surety are discussed and the connotation of surety in each application field are explored. Staring from the related research contents and methods of surety science and engineering, the research methods and steps for complex system surety are discussed. Besides, by referring to the ideology and methodology of surety, the surety connotation of vital system containing hazardous materials is researched, and then corresponding work needed improving the surety level of the system is also discussed.
