工业固体废物生物毒性的初筛鉴别

摘    要:针对沈阳市主要工业行业的40多种重点固体废物,开展了生物急性毒性和生物遗传毒性的初筛鉴别和分类评价.急性毒性鉴别将小白鼠法与发光细菌法相结合,进行毒性等级划分.遗传毒性采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术进行毒性筛选和等级划分.最后,综合各毒性鉴别结果进行工业固体废物生物毒性的分类评价.

The Preliminary Selection and Identification for Bio-toxicities of Industrial Solid Waste
Abstract:The preliminary selection,identification,classification and assessment of acute bio-toxicity and genetic toxicity for more than 40 kinds of major solid wastes in major industries of Shenyang city have been done.In acute toxicity identification,the little white mouse method and lightion bacteria method have been used for the dividing of toxicigy degree.In genetic toxicigy,the broad bean root tip cell micro-nuclear technique has been used for toxicity selection and degree dividing.Finally,all results from each type of method have been used in classification and assessment of bio-toxicities for industrial solid wastes.
